Ticking Clock XIX

Is a card game (for 2 Players) where players take turn playing cards that have "time values", adding that time to a clock.

Each player is dealt 8 cards, and they take turn playing those cards, which each card played the time value of the card is added to a running clock.  Player must play/discard at least one card per turn. Card played/discarded are immediately replenished from the draw pile.

The clock starts at midnight, and the goal is for players to take turns playing cards to make the clock reach exactly 7PM.

Deck consists of 4 suites/colors of 59 cards each (values 1-59mins). In addition there are 8 suite changing special cards (2 for each suit). 

Cards played must match the suit of the last card played, and the player would earn the time value in points.  Alternatively a player can play a matching "time value" card from a different suit to earn double the point values and effectively change the active suit.  The suit changing cards can also be played at any point in the game, but earn the payer no points.

If the players gets the clock minute hand to land :15, :30, :45 they are awarded 60 bonus points. If they hit the :00 o'cklock, then they are awarded 120 point and get to play again...

Once we reach 7PM (OR later) the clock resets again. The player that plays the card that makes the clock hit exactly 7PM would get 300 bonus points. If the last card played before the clock resets makes the clock go past 7, the player that played that card would get penalized 250 penalty points.

The player with the most point when time runs out wins.
